This is a great opportunity for the right individual to build up their skillset while providing desktop and network support. This position is best suited for someone with strong communicator, well organized, and professional that can support our IT team and their efforts. The successful student will assist with coordinating IT tasks, projects and assist with daily IT ticket resolution. The position will provide a good amount of challenge to the right candidate and allow opportunities for growth and development in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
  • Assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems
  • Install and configure workstations
  • Assists in the installation of new software
  • End user support for a network with 200+ end users
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Qualifications:


  • Enrollment or completion of a program offering a diploma or degree in Information and Computer Systems, or related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience*.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and with Windows Operating Systems.
  • IT certification in A+, N+, CCNA, or Microsoft IT-related certifications
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 would be an asset
