Your mission:

You will review new features and capabilities added to our products and analyze issues found in the field to design and execute tests. You will develop tests and test environments to enhance our automated regression testing efforts.

In this role you will:

  • Enhance and execute test plans for our suite of hardware products
  • Plan, construct, and maintain complex test systems and infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot to verify and diagnose cause of issues
  • Record test results and issues using our testing and bug-tracking software
  • Verify functional requirements across our suite of hardware products
  • Make recommendations for system changes and improvements
  • Maintain and enhance our automated black box test tools

This role might be right for you if you have:

  • Post-secondary education in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong computer and IT skills including networking experience
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Methodical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
  • A strong desire to be part of a team that produces high-quality applications
  • Experience creating test plans, executing tests, and assessing defects
  • Familiarity with test management and documentation systems
  • Experience with packet capturing software such as Wireshark
